If you want to cover your item during the rental period please email support@loanhood.com when you accept a rental request. LOANHOOD will then contact the Borrower to go through the Superhog verification process.

What to do when something goes wrong

If damage occurs during a rental then please consult Superhog's Incident advice and fill out their Incident report form (found at the bottom of their website), or contact their Resolutions Team by emailing resolutions@superhog.com, so they can support you through the process.
